Job summary

Logicalis, Inc. is seeking a senior financial leader to oversee accounting operations, close processes, and reporting to the VP Finance. You will manage treasury, payroll, AP, GL, and intercompany, while driving process improvements and system enhancements.

The role requires 7–10 years in accounting, a B.S. in Accounting or Finance, and strong knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS. CPA/CMA preferred; excellent communication with leadership is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• CPA or CMA preferred.
• 7-10 years of progressive accounting experience.
• Experience with financial reporting, audit, and accounting operations.
• Experience leading or supervising accounting teams.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS.
• Experience with ERP and financial systems (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, Cognos Controller).
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills with senior leadership
• High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Ability to drive process improvements and change

Responsibilities

• Oversees core accounting functions including treasury, payroll, AP, procurement, GL, and intercompany.
• Leads monthly and annual close processes and financial reporting to parent company.
• Monitors variances against budget/forecast and provides insights to leadership.
• Prepares IFRS-compliant financial statements and footnotes.
• Researches IFRS guidance and supports tax filings with external advisors.
• Develops and maintains documentation for processes and controls.
• Manages accounting systems and drives process improvements.
