MBE CPAs seeks a Controller to lead the firm's finance organization across multiple entities. This senior role oversees accounting, budgeting, forecasting, cash management, risk and internal controls, and financial reporting.

You will partner with leadership to set financial strategy, optimize working capital, coordinate audits, and drive data-driven decision making. The right candidate blends strong technical GAAP expertise with leadership and business acumen.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Seven to ten years of progressively responsible accounting and finance experience.
• At least three years of leadership or management experience.
• Significant experience overseeing budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, audits, and internal controls.
• Thorough understanding of GAAP and financial management best practices.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to communicate financial information effectively to both financial and non-financial stakeholders.
• Strong technology aptitude and the ability to leverage financial systems and reporting tools.
• Ability to manage confidential financial information with professionalism and discretion.

• Partner with executive leadership on strategic planning and major business decisions.
• Lead annual budget development and ongoing forecasting activities.
• Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and planning tools.
• Analyze profitability, revenue trends, labor costs, and operational performance.
• Design and monitor KPIs, dashboards, and scorecards.
• Coordinate audits and tax filings; ensure GAAP compliance.
• Oversee accounting operations for the firm and affiliates; close processes.
• Lead cash flow forecasting, treasury, and risk management initiatives.
• Identify opportunities for revenue growth, cost optimization, and process improvements.
