MBE CPAs seeks a Controller to serve as the senior financial leader, guiding accounting, budgeting, forecasting, FP&A, cash management, risk management, internal controls, and financial reporting across MBE and affiliated entities. The role partners with leadership to translate data into strategic decisions and drive financial sustainability.

The ideal candidate brings strategic vision, exceptional analytics, and strong business acumen to support organizational growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Seven to ten years of progressively responsible accounting and finance experience.
• At least three years of leadership or management experience.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, audits, and internal controls.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial management best practices.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for all financial activities across multiple entities.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
• Oversee accounting operations, GAAP compliance, and financial reporting.
• Manage treasury, cash flow, and risk management.
• Maintain internal controls and coordinate audits and tax filings.
• Lead and develop the finance team and collaborate with cross-functional leaders.
