Job summary

Unity is seeking a Finance Systems Analyst in the United States to leverage Workday Financials across modules, focusing on financial analysis, planning, and business partnering.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in CS/IS or related field and three years of experience in SOX, SDLC, and financial process optimization, with Adaptive Planning experience. 100% telecommuting; 40 hours/week.

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent Degree in Computer Science, Applied Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, and three (3) years of related work experience.
• Three (3) years of experience with/in: Workday Financials modules across key functional areas; Workday Financials; Accounting, Finance, FP&A, or Business Analyst roles with a focus on financial analysis, planning, and business partnering; Analyzing and optimizing financial processes and implementing solutions using Adaptive Planning; SOX compliance, SDLC, and control audit processes; Project management; Financial systems or process integration during mergers and acquisitions.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and optimize financial processes and implement solutions using Adaptive Planning.
• Support Workday Financials across modules and financial analysis.
• Assist in accounting, finance, FP&A, and business partnering activities.
• Ensure SOX compliance and participate in SDLC and control audits.
• Support project management initiatives and system integrations during mergers and acquisitions.

• Configuring and supporting Workday Financials modules across key functional areas;
• Workday Financials;
• Accounting, Finance, FP&A, or Business Analyst roles with a focus on financial analysis, planning, and business partnering;
• Analyzing and optimizing financial processes and implementing solutions using Adaptive Planning;
• SOX compliance, SDLC, and control audit processes;
• Project management; and
• Financial systems or process integration during mergers and acquisitions.

100% Telecommuting permitted.

40 hrs/week, Mon-Fri, 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. Salary: $120,536/yr.

This range reflects the anticipated base salary for this position. Beyond base salary, this role may be eligible for equity awards and participation in our company incentive plans (such as annual discretionary bonuses or sales commissions). The final offer amount will depend on several factors, including geographic location and the candidate’s relevant experience, professional background, and skill set.
