Job summary

Unity Technologies in the United States seeks a candidate with a Bachelor’s degree and 3 years of experience in finance-focused roles to configure and support Workday Financials across key areas.

You will analyze and optimize financial processes using Adaptive Planning, ensure SOX compliance and SDLC controls, and contribute to mergers and acquisitions integration. This 40-hour week role offers 100% telecommuting. Beyond base salary, equity awards and incentive plans may apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in a related field and 3 years of related work experience.
• 3 years of experience with Workday Financials across key functional areas.
• 3 years in Accounting/Finance/FP&A with focus on financial analysis and business partnering.
• Experience analyzing and optimizing financial processes and implementing Adaptive Planning solutions.

Job description

Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent Degree in Computer Science, Applied Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, and three (3) years of related work experience.

Must have three (3) years of experience with/in:

• Configuring and supporting Workday Financials modules across key functional areas;
• Workday Financials;
• Accounting, Finance, FP&A, or Business Analyst roles with a focus on financial analysis, planning, and business partnering;
• Analyzing and optimizing financial processes and implementing solutions using Adaptive Planning;
• SOX compliance, SDLC, and control audit processes;
• Project management; and
• Financial systems or process integration during mergers and acquisitions.

100% Telecommuting permitted.

40 hrs/week, Mon-Fri, 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. Salary : $120,536/yr.

This range reflects the anticipated base salary for this position. Beyond base salary, this role may be eligible for equity awards and participation in our company incentive plans (such as annual discretionary bonuses or sales commissions). The final offer amount will depend on several factors, including geographic location and the candidate’s relevant experience, professional background, and skill set.
