Job summary

Unity Technologies is seeking an FP&A professional to partner with Sales, eCommerce, and Marketing to inform decisions through rigorous financial planning, analysis, and performance reporting.

You will own end-to-end forecasting and budgeting, track key GTM KPIs like ARR and ACV, and collaborate with Data/BI to improve dashboards. A minimum of 4+ years FP&A experience and strong modeling are required; familiarity with AI-assisted tools is a plus.

You will partner closely with all levels, cross-functionally across finance and accounting, to engage in financial planning, strategic analysis, reporting, and operational improvement. Base Salary Range: We determine the base salary range for this role based on your primary work location:

Zone A: $84,000 - $126,000 USD gross

Zone B: $95,000 - $142,400 USD gross

Zone C: $106,700 - $160,100 USD gross

This range reflects the anticipated base salary for this position. Beyond base salary, this role may be eligible for equity awards and participation in our company incentive plans (such as annual discretionary bonuses or sales commissions). The final offer amount will depend on several factors, including geographic location and the candidate’s relevant experience, professional background, and skill set.
