Phillips 66 invites a seasoned Supervisor III, Finance Analytics and Solutions, to lead the design, development, and sustainment of Anaplan models for the Midstream business. You will translate business needs into actionable analytics and guide a team across data warehousing, integration, and reporting.

You bring 6+ years in FP&A, analytics, and BI, plus advanced data modeling skills. This role emphasizes leadership, collaboration, and delivering trusted insights to support energy manufacturing

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 6+ years of FP&A, analytics, data science, BI, or similar roles.
• Advanced proficiency in data collection, transformation, reporting and analysis, and data modeling.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the planning, design, development, implementation, and sustainment of Anaplan for the Midstream business.
• Assess information needs and collect business requirements; translate into clear deliverables.
• Oversee data collection mechanisms within the broader data architecture and ensure data quality, security, and lifecycle management.
• Recommend improvements to data and analytics platforms and implement efficiency gains.
• Plan, prioritize, and oversee team activities using metrics to monitor progress.
• Communicate plans and provide technical guidance while coaching team members.
