  • Oversee data collection mechanisms and their fit within the broader data architecture, partnering with internal and external stakeholders to support data quality, accuracy, security, privacy, and information lifecycle management.
  • Recommend improvements to data and analytics platforms, standards, and operating practices; implement innovations that improve efficiency, quality, and consistency.
  • Plan, prioritize, and oversee team activities; use metrics to monitor progress and address bottlenecks or process breakdowns.
  • Communicate action plans and progress clearly, provide technical guidance, and coach team members and business partners to build capability and strengthen knowledge sharing.
What You'll Bring – Required
  • Legally authorized to work in the job posting country
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 6 or more years of relevant work experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A), analytics, data science, business intelligence, or similar roles
  • Advanced proficiency in data collection, transformation, reporting and analysis, as well as business data modeling
What Makes You Stand Out - Preferred
  • Experience with Anaplan, Anaplan model building, Power BI, SAP, SAP BW Financial Reporting and Planning (FR&P), Alteryx, Power BI, Databricks, or related tools and platforms
  • Experience in energy, midstream, refining, chemicals, or other industrial environments
  • Experience leading continuous improvement, innovation, training, and coaching initiatives across business and technology teams
  • Experience with data quality management
  • Experience with business requirements analysis, current-state and future-state process documentation, gap analysis, enterprise readiness assessment, and user requirements modeling
  • Experience with business intelligence, data warehousing, data integration, analytics, and reporting
