Job summary

Deloitte seeks a senior AI/ML-focused consultant to lead finance transformation initiatives using data, automation, and generative AI. You will architect solutions across infra, model, and application layers for planning, forecasting, close, and profitability, collaborating with developers and stakeholders.

Responsibilities include designing AI-enabled workflows, building data assets with Python and SQL on cloud platforms, and driving client workshops and deployments. Travel ~50% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelors in CS/related field or equivalent; 4+ years dev exp.
• 4+ years of software development with Python or similar.
• Experience architecting AI on cloud platforms (GCP/AWS/Azure).
• Experience taking AI-driven solutions from concept to launch.
• Experience leading technical discovery sessions with clients.
• Experience building data pipelines with vector DBs and RAG-like patterns.
• Experience using Python/SQL in AWS/GCP/Azure environments.
• Experience with finance data use cases (planning, forecasting, close, profitability).
• Ability to travel ~50% and potential immigration sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver finance transformation solutions using data, automation, ML, and generative AI.
• Architect AI solutions across infra, model, and app layers for finance use cases.
• Analyze requirements and translate into design, workflows, and plans.
• Partner with developers to build AI-enabled solutions and provide guidance.
• Develop data, analytics, and AI assets using Python, SQL, and cloud platforms.
• Contribute to client workshops, solution demos, testing, deployment, and communications.
• Identify delivery risks, track dependencies, and support cross-functional execution.
