Job summary

Deloitte is seeking a Finance Analytics & AI Manager to drive AI-enabled Finance Transformation programs. You will lead AI solution development, align client requirements with technical teams, and guide engagements across data, modeling, and deployment.

The role emphasizes strong leadership, collaboration, and delivery excellence. You will work with Finance Transformation services to deliver actionable insights, scalable data platforms, and AI-powered financial planning and analytics

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, CS, or related field; equivalent practical experience.
• 6+ years of software development experience using Python.
• Experience architecting AI systems on cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, Azure).
• Experience bringing production-grade AI solutions from concept to launch.
• Experience leading customer technical discovery sessions.
• Experience building data pipelines using vector databases and RAG architectures.
• Experience with Python and SQL in AWS, GCP or Azure environments.
• Experience architecting generative and agentic AI across infra, model, and app layers.
• Experience with finance data use cases (planning, forecasting, close, etc.).
• Ability to travel ~50% and willingness for sponsorship where available.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI solution development and manage day-to-day client relationships.
• Serve as a techno-functional bridge between stakeholders and delivery teams.
• Lead small engagements within larger programs delivering AI-enabled solutions.
• Collaborate with developers to translate design into build specs.
• Translate business needs into AI design requirements.
• Engage clients to identify AI use cases and define solution design requirements.
• Perform assessments using quantitative and qualitative techniques.
• Define scope, objectives, and delivery plans; oversee architecture and delivery.
• Support proposals, RFPs, and mentor team members.
