Job summary

Deloitte's Finance Transformation is seeking a Finance Analytics & AI Manager to lead AI-enabled finance solutions for enterprise clients. You will partner with client teams, translate business needs into AI designs, and guide delivery from concept through deployment in cloud environments.

You will mentor junior staff, contribute to business development, and manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced setting, traveling as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, CS, or related field, or equivalent.
• 6+ years in software development using Python or similar.
• Experience architecting AI on cloud platforms (e.g., GCP).
• Proven track record delivering production-grade AI solutions.
• Experience leading technical discovery sessions with customers.
• Experience building data pipelines using vector DBs and RAG-like architectures.
• Python and SQL to develop analytics/ML on AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Architect generative/agentic AI across infra, models, apps; platforms like NVIDIA/AWS/GCP/Azure.
• Experience with finance data in planning/budgeting/forecasting.
• Willingness to travel 50%.
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI solution development and deployment with client relationships.
• Bridge between stakeholders and delivery teams; clarify requirements.
• Lead small engagements within larger programs.
• Translate requirements into build specs; guide development and testing.
• Identify high-impact AI use cases; shape hypotheses and design.
• Inform architecture with quantitative and qualitative assessments.
• Define scope, objectives, and delivery plans; oversee execution.
• Support proposals and mentoring within the team.
