Job summary

Deloitte is seeking a Finance Analytics & AI Senior Manager to lead AI-enabled finance transformation initiatives within large enterprises. The role focuses on delivering AI-powered diagnostics, defining scope and delivery plans, and overseeing solution development while mentoring teams and fostering client relationships.

Demanding engagements require strong leadership, strategic thinking, and ability to drive business development through proposals and RFP responses.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in a corporate or consulting firm environment architecting and deploying AI and technical solutions.
• 6+ years translating technical designs into scalable generative and agentic AI solutions.
• 6+ years of experience with finance processes: FP&A, reporting, treasury.
• Bachelor’s degree in a science, technology, engineering, or mathematics field.
• Ability to travel 50% on average.
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.

Responsibilities

• Leading large engagements or workstreams identifying, designing, and implementing AI-enabled business and technology solutions.
• Engaging clients to identify business issues and high-impact AI use cases; shaping hypotheses and value cases.
• Performing assessments using quantitative and qualitative techniques including AI-enabled diagnostics.
• Defining scope, objectives, requirements, and delivery plans; managing solution architecture through execution and post-implementation review.
• Overseeing AI solution development and deployment; managing day-to-day client relationships.
• Contributing to business development by supporting proposals, RFP responses, and orals; mentoring team members.
• Reviewing deliverables for accuracy, quality, and alignment with client requirements.
• Coaching junior team members; guiding execution and priorities.
• Leading sales pursuit cycles and developing client relationships.
