You will bridge client needs and technical delivery, guiding architecture, design, and deployment across finance processes.

Ideal candidates bring 6+ years of Python, cloud AI experience, and a track record of production‑grade AI deployments, with a willingness to travel and mentor others.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, a related field.
• 6+ years of software development experience in Python or similar.
• Experience architecting AI systems on cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, Azure).
• Proven track record delivering production‑grade AI solutions.
• Experience building data pipelines with vector databases and RAG.
• Experience with finance data use cases (planning, forecasting, close).

Responsibilities

• Lead AI solution development and client relationship management.
• Act as techno-functional bridge between stakeholders and delivery teams.
• Lead engagements to design and implement AI-enabled solutions.
• Translate design requirements into build specifications and guide development.
• Translate business needs into AI design requirements aligned to outcomes.
• Engage clients to identify high‑impact AI use cases and value cases.
• Perform assessments using AI-enabled diagnostics to inform decisions.
• Support proposal work, RFPs, and mentoring team members.
