Job summary

Amentum is seeking a Finance Analyst with at least five years in finance or budgeting to analyze and forecast data for USPACOM programs at Camp Smith, HI. The role involves multi-tasking in a fast-paced setting, supporting month-end close, and ensuring compliance with JTR, FAR, and DSSR.

Ideal candidates possess a Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance, strong analytical skills, and experience with MS Office. US citizenship required for Secret clearance; travel and OCONUS considerations may apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of finance experience, including government contracting on multiple contract types (FFP, CPAF, T&M).
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance; US Citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Manage and track program-level financial data.
• Support Month-End close and invoicing; reconcile projects/accounts and analyze monthly data.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and the JTR, FAR, and DSSR.
• Lead detailed financial reviews with program management.
• Create and maintain financial databases, generate reports as needed.
• Track expenses, process invoices, and assist in budget monitoring and record-keeping.
• Coordinate with Program Management and Contracts to meet deliverables to customer.
• Identify/escalate issues to financial management.
