Job summary

Amentum is seeking a Program Analyst for the CTF project based in Ridgecrest, CA. The role supports budgets, expenses, and financial tracking, including invoicing, schedules, milestones, and deliverables.

You will maintain program dashboards, perform ad hoc financial analysis, and assist with subcontract invoicing and funding documents while coordinating with the PM and government customer.

Qualifications

• At least 6 years’ experience in receptionist/office management or facility lead roles.
• At least 6 years’ contracting, financial, and/or accounting experience.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a US Government Secret Clearance (US Citizenship required).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills with ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience supporting senior leaders and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain Program/Project financial controls.
• Create and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual reports with actionable insights.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, pricing, and product strategy processes.
• Perform financial record keeping and accounting practices.
• Process invoices and monitor budgets for subcontracts and IWA.
• Review financial documents for accuracy and assist with Prime and subcontract invoices.
• Collaborate with PM to resolve project-related issues and perform ad hoc analyses.
• Provide general administrative and project support as required.
