Guidehouse is seeking a Finance & Accounting Analyst to analyze financial execution data, revenue, expenditures, and workload trends, and to develop forecasts to support decision-making. Onsite 5 days a week with ability to obtain SECRET clearance is required.

Responsibilities include monitoring plans, supporting billing rate development, and analyzing customer demand and performance. Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of data analysis are required; advanced Excel skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3+ years of data analysis or data management experience.
• Experience with financial forecasting, variance analysis, and reporting.
• Must be onsite 5 days a week.

Responsibilities

• Analyze financial execution data, revenue, expenditures, and workload trends.
• Compare planned versus actual performance and identify key drivers of variances.
• Develop financial forecasts and projections to support decision-making.
• Monitor execution against approved plans and recommend corrective actions.
• Support annual billing rate development and validation efforts.
• Analyze customer demand, revenue generation, and execution performance.
• Respond to customer and stakeholder financial inquiries.
