Job summary

American Regent is seeking a Senior Team Member (Lead) to supervise and guide filling operations in a sterile manufacturing environment. The role includes signatory approval in the absence of supervision, equipment setup, and line clearance.

You will mentor junior operators, ensure proper batch documentation, and support technology transfer from R&D. Overtime may be required to meet production schedules, with a focus on asepsis and safe operations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; technical degree a plus.
• 1 year or more in filling/related manufacturing roles preferred.
• Experience with HMI-PLC/SCADA control data systems is a plus.
• Strong attention to batch documentation and SOP compliance.

Responsibilities

• Staff filling line stations for filling, stoppering and capping.
• Assist with equipment assembly, cleaning and storage for manufacturing.
• Maintain cleanliness of equipment and areas to support production schedules.
