Job summary

American Regent, Inc. seeks an entry-level Manufacturing Team member to assist in sterile pharmaceutical production. You will participate in the full manufacturing process, from material staging to final packaging, under supervision, ensuring compliance with SOPs and cGMPs.

Responsibilities include equipment setup, cleaning, line clearances, and packing duties. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, basic math skills, and a mechanical aptitude, with willingness to learn and work overtime

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; some college or technical training is a plus.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately.
• Mechanical aptitude to assemble, troubleshoot, and repair equipment.
• Willingness to stand for long periods and work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Gathers, stages, and returns production materials in support of manufacturing activities.
• Assists team members with equipment assembly, cleaning, and storage as required to support manufacturing.
• Maintains cleanliness of manufacturing equipment and areas.
• Staff various stations in support of container washing, filling, stoppering, and capping. Will offload finished product.
• Attends all training programs as required by SOPs, policies, and procedures.
• Perform any other tasks/duties as assigned by management.
