Job summary

American Regent is seeking an entry‑level Filling Operator I to join the Manufacturing Team. You will assist in the filling process, operate washer and capper equipment, and maintain records for quality and GMP compliance.

From gowning to cleaning, you’ll learn to work under supervision in a sterile production area. This role requires teamwork, attention to detail, and the ability to stand for extended periods. Training will be provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or GED preferred.
• Able to pass gowning and Media Fill qualifications.
• Mechanical aptitude for assembling and repairing equipment.
• Ability to read SOPs and maintain accurate records.

Responsibilities

• Performs duties in washer/capper area per SOPs.
• Operates washer and capper machines; counts and records output.
• Maintains clean, organized work area and documents tasks.
• Assists with aseptic filling process under supervision.
