Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred in Pharmaceutical Science, Chemistry, Microbiology, Engineering, or related field.
• 1–3 years of leadership experience; ability to coach or mentor a team.
• Experience in manufacturing/pharma or GMP/FDA regulations is a plus.
• Chemical handling, mathematical aptitude, and ability to assemble, troubleshoot and perform minor repairs on equipment.
• Experience writing, reviewing, and executing SOPs.
• Must read Standard English in SOPs, maintenance schedules and operating manuals.

Responsibilities

• Supervises manufacturing activities for multiple products and allocates resources.
• Trains and mentors team members across the manufacturing process.
• Reviews batch records and logbooks before final production review.
• Reallocates personnel based on production needs and creates weekly schedules.
• Maintains equipment and supply inventories and ensures only approved materials are used.
• Ensures training records and procedures are current and compliant.
• Attends training programs as required by SOPs and company policies.
