Job summary

American Regent, Inc. is seeking an entry-level team member for the Manufacturing Team to support sterile pharmaceutical production. You will participate in filling processes, prepare materials, and maintain clean, compliant work areas in accordance with SOPs and cGMPs.

The role requires basic mechanical aptitude, ability to read English SOPs, and willingness to work overtime as needed in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Possesses mechanical aptitude with basic troubleshooting abilities.
• Ability to read Standard English documents (SOPs, schedules, manuals).
• Willingness to work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Stock, gather, and stage manufacturing supplies and equipment.
• Assist with cleaning and storage of equipment and areas.
• Attend training programs per SOPs and policies.
• Support manufacturing activities to meet production schedules.
• Operate or assist with filling processes under supervision.
• Demonstrate commitment to QUALITY culture.
