You will troubleshoot equipment, manage change parts, oversee cleanroom practices, and collaborate with Maintenance and Engineering to implement improvements. The position requires hands-on problem solving and adherence to GMP and GDP standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2 years as a Filling Operator or 4+ years related experience preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude for assembling, troubleshooting and minor repairs.
• Able to stand for extended periods and work overtime as needed.
• Able to read English SOPs and maintenance schedules.

Responsibilities

• Set up components and perform fill volume adjustments.
• Assist equipment assembly and cleaning to support manufacturing.
• Maintain inventories of change parts and supplies.
• Ensure GMP documentation and GDP practices.
• Troubleshoot and perform minor repairs on filling equipment.
• Operate washing, capping, and filling lines as required.
