American Regent, Inc. is seeking a Set-Up Technician within the Manufacturing Team to support aseptic filling operations. The role involves setting up components, adjusting fill volumes, and training operators to ensure compliant, efficient production.

You will troubleshoot equipment, manage change parts, oversee cleanroom practices, and collaborate with Maintenance and Engineering to implement improvements. The position requires hands-on problem solving and adherence to GMP and GDP standards.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2 years as a Filling Operator or 4+ years related experience preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude for assembling, troubleshooting and minor repairs.
• Able to stand for extended periods and work overtime as needed.
• Able to read English SOPs and maintenance schedules.

Responsabilidades

• Set up components and perform fill volume adjustments.
• Assist equipment assembly and cleaning to support manufacturing.
• Maintain inventories of change parts and supplies.
• Ensure GMP documentation and GDP practices.
• Troubleshoot and perform minor repairs on filling equipment.
• Operate washing, capping, and filling lines as required.
