Job summary

American Regent, Inc. seeks a Production Supervisor to lead day-to-day aseptic manufacturing, overseeing Compounding, Equipment/Component Prep, Sterile Filling, Inspection, and Packaging. Responsibilities include signatory approvals, staff mentorship, troubleshooting, and ensuring cGMP compliance and on-time production.

You will drive quality, safety, and process improvements while maintaining data integrity and adherence to SOPs in a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience in GMP-regulated industry.
• Experience in manufacturing, pharmaceutical industry, or GMP/FDA regulations is a plus.
• Aseptic manufacturing, isolator tech, and cleanroom experience preferred.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Proficient with MS Office and documentation practices.

Responsibilities

• Direct shop floor supervision, batch record execution, SOP training, and employee payroll.
• Supervise daily manufacturing operations across departments and allocate staff.
• Schedule production personnel to operate lines per the plan.
• Achieve production objectives with quality, timeliness, and cost control.
• Ensure GMP documentation accuracy and Good Documentation Practices.
• Oversee cleaning, safety, and coordination with other departments.
