Job summary

OSC Global is seeking a File Transfer Administrator to serve as SME for WS_FTP, KiteWorks, and Box.com environments. You will ensure secure, efficient data transfers, manage accounts, monitor performance, and troubleshoot issues.

The role emphasizes working with customers, compliance with policies, and supporting transition efforts from WS_FTP to KiteWorks and Box.com. Strong scripting and security awareness are a plus.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in managed file transfer protocols such as FTP, SFTP and HTTP/S.
• Proficiency with Windows Server 2019/2022, TCP/IP, Active Directory and Azure cloud hosting.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytics; attention to detail.
• Familiarity with file encryption, decryption and secure transfer practices.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage current WS_FTP servers and operations; support and maintenance.
• Oversee KiteWorks and Box.com environments during transition.
• Assist with account management, audits, data calls and break-fix tickets.
• Proactively identify optimization opportunities and automate processes.
• Work with customers and team members to ensure policies are followed.
