Job summary

NBH Bank is seeking an experienced Commercial Relationship Manager III to lead complex lending for a diverse financial institutions client base, including banks and asset managers. You will manage a high-value portfolio with strong credit discipline and regulatory compliance, while mentoring peers and expanding referral networks.

The role requires a deep understanding of commercial lending, financial analysis, and client development, with travel as part of the responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of 9-12+ years of commercial banking or related financial services experience.
• Demonstrated experience in commercial lending, business development, sales, and client relationship management.
• Experience lending to or serving financial institution clients such as banks, asset managers, or fund sponsors.
• Driving may be required; valid driver's license and acceptable driving history.

Responsibilities

• Originating, structuring, and closing complex lending transactions for financial institution clients.
• Manage a high-value portfolio with sound credit practices and regulatory compliance.
• Mentor and contribute to team development within the FIG group.
• Develop external referral networks and drive revenue growth for the FIG franchise.
