Job summary

Otsuka Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. is seeking a Director of Field Leadership Capabilities Development to lead the design, implementation, and evaluation of leadership development programs for field sales leaders in the United States.

You will partner with field leadership, HR, and business unit leaders to deliver comprehensive training, experiences, and exposure for current and future leaders. The ideal candidate has 10+ years in leadership development, strong stakeholder management, and experience

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in training and development, leadership development, or related field.
• Experience leading teams and partnering with executives at multiple levels.
• Deep expertise in leadership development programs and capabilities.
• Strong project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Healthcare industry exposure is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and facilitate field leadership development programs and processes.
• Collaborate with business unit leaders to identify gaps and sponsor leadership initiatives.
• Address evolving workforce needs and foster inclusive leadership behaviors.
• Apply adult learning principles and systems thinking to evolving learning experiences.
• Identify field leadership gaps and co-create cross-functional solutions.
