Job summary

Premium Retail Services is seeking a Senior Trainer to drive field readiness through hands-on training program development, in-market coaching, onboarding, and retailer-specific initiatives. This role partners with STARS and retail partners to ensure confident, consistent execution.

Reporting to Sr. Director of Client Relations & Field Services, the role emphasizes performance-based enablement with LMS management, content development, and just-in-time learning to address real-world challenges in

Qualifications

3–5 years of experience in training, retail enablement, or field team development.
Hands-on experience with retail field teams or frontline support.
Experience with LMS platforms and digital training tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Ability to translate business goals into actionable training plans.
Comfortable in fast-paced, agile environments.
Highly collaborative and field-first mindset.

Responsibilities

Develop, rollout, and reinforce training programs that boost sales performance.
Deliver onboarding experiences for new STARS to enable fast ramp-up.
Create retailer-specific training modules for partners like Best Buy and Costco.
Manage LMS and coordinate in-market sessions to reinforce learning.
Collaborate with Product Teams and Sales Enablement to update content.
