• Must have field experience in onsite technology support and operations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary onsite point for desktop, laptop, iPad, and mobile device support.
• Maintain ready-to-go hardware inventory and perform rapid replacement swaps.
• Lead onboarding for new hires and assist with job-specific tech setup and access.
• Perform daily triage of regional tickets and analyze root causes to prevent repeats.
• Conduct site walkthroughs to identify environmental tech hazards and Wi-Fi issues.
• Provide remote hands support to central network teams and assist with deployments.
