Job summary

Asplundh Tree Expert Co. is seeking a Field Technician III to lead field crews, perform advanced testing and maintenance on HV/MV/LV equipment, and support commissioning and critical field operations.

The role requires travel to multiple sites in the Northwest, strong safety focus, and collaboration with engineers and project teams. Candidates should have 5+ years in the industry and relevant NETA certification.

Qualifications

• Must pass pre-employment drug screen.
• Background check required.
• Overtime and travel as needed.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• 5+ years of relevant industry experience.
• NETA II cert is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead crews and execute testing and maintenance on high/medium/low voltage equipment.
• Troubleshoot complex electrical and control systems.
• Ensure safety compliance and proper PPE usage.
• Review field documentation and test reports for accuracy.
• Coordinate daily field activities with engineers and project managers.
• Mentor and train junior technicians.
