Job summary

Asplundh Tree Expert Co. seeks a Sr. Field Technician to lead high‑voltage field projects in CO. You will supervise crews, manage complex testing and maintenance, and serve as the primary interface with customers and engineering teams.

You will apply strong electrical theory, guide safety programs, and coordinate project activities to ensure safe, efficient, and high‑quality substation work across a wide range of equipment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate degree in Electrical/Electronic technology, or military experience preferred.
• NETA I/II or IV certifications are a plus.
• 10+ years of relevant industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Enforce safety policies and lead daily field safety briefings.
• Lead crews in testing, inspection, maintenance, and commissioning of electrical equipment.
• Develop testing plans and write detailed reports documenting results and performance.
• Coordinate field activities with engineers, project managers, and customers to ensure timely completion.
• Mentor and develop Field Technician teams, ensuring safe work practices.
