Job summary

ServiceMaster Restoration Services in Merrimack, NH is seeking a Lead Technician to perform restoration and repair of properties affected by water, fire, mold, and other damage. You will assess damage, implement restoration processes, and ensure work meets industry standards while delivering outstanding customer service.

This in-field role requires travel to active jobsites, safe operation of equipment, and collaboration with clients and team members.

Qualifications

• 1+ year(s) previous experience in the restoration industry.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and maintain a satisfactory driving record.
• Preferred OSHA 10/30/40 Certification not required but beneficial.
• Experience with DocuSketch, Mica, or Restore 365 is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and evaluate property damage to determine the restoration scope.
• Perform water extraction, fire/smoke damage repair, mold remediation, and drying tasks.
• Operate restoration equipment safely and efficiently.
• Document damage assessments, work performed, and reporting details for clients and insurers.
• Communicate with clients to explain processes and address concerns.
• Follow safety protocols and company policies; participate in on-call rotation.
• Other duties as assigned.
