Job summary

ServiceMaster Restoration Services is seeking a Technician to assess damage and execute restoration tasks on properties affected by water, fire, mold, and other incidents. You will use specialized equipment and work closely with clients to deliver high-quality results and maintain safety standards.

This in-field role involves travel to active jobsites, safety training, and clear reporting of work performed.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and evaluate property damage to determine restoration work required.
• Perform water extraction, fire/smoke damage repair, mold remediation, and structural drying tasks.
• Use specialized equipment to carry out restoration processes safely and efficiently.
• Document restoration process, including assessments and work performed for reporting and insurance.
• Communicate with clients to explain restoration steps and address concerns.
• Adhere to safety protocols, regulations, and company policies.
