ServiceMaster Restoration Services is seeking a Technician to assist in restoring properties affected by water, fire, and mold. You will assess damage, implement restoration processes, and ensure quality while delivering outstanding customer service.

This in-field role requires travel to active job sites, adherence to safety standards, and collaboration with clients and team members to achieve high-quality results.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid driver's license and maintain a satisfactory driving record.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Ability to analyze situations and solve problems effectively.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and evaluate property damage to determine restoration needs.
• Perform water extraction, fire/smoke damage repair, mold remediation, and structural drying.
• Use specialized equipment to carry out restoration processes safely and efficiently.
• Document restoration work, assessments, and reporting data for clients and insurers.
• Communicate with clients to explain processes and address questions.
