Job summary

ServiceMaster Restoration Services is seeking a Technician to assess damage and carry out restoration work for properties affected by water, fire, and mold. You will collaborate with clients and team members to deliver high-quality results and maintain safety standards.

This in-field role requires frequent travel to active jobsites; PPE is provided, and you’ll work in varied conditions with opportunities for on-call rotation to support customer needs.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid driver’s license and maintain a satisfactory driving record.
• Organizational skills and strong problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to analyze damage and determine restoration steps.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and evaluate property damage to determine restoration needs.
• Perform water extraction, fire/smoke damage repair, mold remediation, and drying.
• Use specialized equipment to complete restoration tasks safely and efficiently.
• Document damage assessments, work performed, and reporting details.
• Communicate with clients to explain processes and address concerns.
• Follow safety protocols, regulations, and company policies.
• Participate in the on-call rotation.
• Other duties as assigned.
