ServiceMaster Restoration Services in Merrimack, NH is seeking a Lead Technician to assess damage from water, fire, mold, and other incidents, and to perform restoration tasks to industry standards.

You will work with clients and teams, operate specialized equipment, document work for reporting and insurance, and participate in on-call rotations while ensuring safety and quality at each site.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in the restoration industry.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Analytical thinking required.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and maintain a satisfactory driving record.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and evaluate property damage to determine restoration scope.
• Perform water extraction, fire/smoke repair, mold remediation, and drying tasks.
• Utilize specialized equipment for restoration processes safely and efficiently.
• Document restoration process and maintain records for reporting/insurance.
• Communicate with clients to explain processes and address concerns.
• Follow safety protocols, regulations, and company policies.
• Participate in on-call rotation.
• Other duties as assigned.
