ServiceMaster Restoration Services in Merrimack, NH seeks a Technician to assess damage and perform restoration tasks for properties affected by water, fire, and mold. You will work with clients and teammates to deliver high-quality results and exceptional service.

The role requires in-field travel to active job sites, adherence to safety protocols, and the ability to operate specialized restoration equipment. A valid driver’s license and strong communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and evaluate property damage to determine the extent of the restoration work required.
• Perform tasks related to water extraction, fire and smoke damage repair, mold remediation, and structural drying.
• Use specialized equipment and tools to carry out restoration processes efficiently and safely.
• Document the restoration process, including damage assessments, work performed, and any other relevant information for reporting and insurance purposes.
• Communicate with clients to explain the restoration process, answer questions, and address any concerns.
• Adhere to all safety protocols, industry regulations, and company policies to ensure high standards of quality and safety.
• Participate in the on‑call rotation.
• Other duties as assigned or apparent.
