Job summary

Sunbelt Supply, a FloWorks International LLC subsidiary, seeks a field service professional to install, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain products at customer sites. You will follow blueprints and manufacturer instructions while applying your technical knowledge and problem-solving skills.

The role involves on-site service, regular travel, and the opportunity to implement solutions for diverse equipment. A 2‑year technical degree and 3–5 years’ related experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• 2 year technical degree required.
• 3–5 years experience in field service.
• HS Diploma or GED required; specialized skills training/certification may be required.
• Typically 2–5 years of experience in area of responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Provides expertise related to product implementation and continued service.
• Provides technical solutions and design implementations for products and services.
• Builds, tests, troubleshoots, repairs and modifies equipment, parts, components and assemblies.
• Analyzes and interprets test data.
• Evaluates performance and reliability of materials.
• Performs routine analysis and calculation and recommends changes.
• Diagnoses and reports malfunctions.
• Learns and understands particular technical equipment; attends training and completes certification as required.
