Qualifications

• 5+ years of field-based experience in materials testing or related field.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and safe vehicle operation.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Field Data Collection software.
• Ability to read blueprints, specs, and safety manuals for compliance.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills for junior technicians.

Responsibilities

• Perform field testing on soil, concrete, asphalt, and environmental conditions.
• Lead field activities on assigned projects and coordinate field operations.
• Analyze test results and provide recommendations to project teams.
• Maintain equipment calibration, safety protocols, and regulatory compliance.
• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior technicians.
• Communicate status updates and site observations to stakeholders.
• Travel to job sites and adhere to company safety policies as required.
