• Perform field testing on soil, concrete, asphalt, and environmental conditions.
• Analyze and interpret test results, identify potential compliance risks, and provide recommendations to project teams.
• Serve as a field lead on assigned projects, coordinating field activities and ensuring compliance with standards.
• Collaborate with engineers, project managers, contractors, and clients to troubleshoot challenges and ensure smooth field operations.
• Perform routine maintenance and calibration of testing equipment to maintain accuracy and reliability.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and company policies; mentor junior field technicians.
