Job summary

EPS is seeking a Field Technician III to lead field crews in testing and maintenance of high, medium, and low voltage equipment. The role requires troubleshooting complex electrical and control systems and coordinating with engineers and project teams on commissioning activities.

Qualifications

• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen for safety-sensitive role.
• Criminal background check clearance required.
• Willingness to work overtime and travel off-site as needed.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Lead field crews and ensure safety policies are followed on-site.
• Conduct advanced testing and maintenance of high, medium, and low voltage equipment.
• Troubleshoot complex electrical and control systems using diagrams and schematics.
• Direct repair, replacement, and preventive maintenance activities to restore equipment.
• Support installation and commissioning activities including functional testing and system verification.
• Review field reports and ensure accuracy of test and maintenance documentation.
• Coordinate daily field activities with engineers and project managers.
• Mentor junior technicians and reinforce best practices.
