Job summary

Johnson Controls’ Silent-Aire unit is seeking a Field Technician to support mission critical services at client sites. You will perform unsupervised field tasks, complete daily reports, and ensure safe, accurate execution with tools and materials provided.

You will work in a fast-paced environment requiring coordination with managers, customers, and other technicians while maintaining high quality and safety standards on every site visit.

Qualifications

• Must demonstrate soldering and brazing skills.
• Understanding of electrical, mechanical and control systems.
• Ability to read and understand mechanical and electrical drawings.
• Basic knowledge of Windows Office programs.

Responsibilities

• Perform field tasks at client sites with supervision as needed.
• Document daily work and submit end-of-day reports.
• Coordinate with management and customers for site readiness.
• Operate and maintain tools and equipment safely on site.
• Assist on construction, commissioning, and startup activities.
