Job summary

Bimbo Bakeries USA is seeking a qualified individual to provide second-level support for Sales Centers, Distribution Centers, Bakeries and field locations. This role involves travel and deploying business technology automation systems, with a focus on on-site troubleshooting and cross-functional collaboration.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in customer support across business applications, a business degree, and strong communication skills. Travel up to 80% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in customer support using business applications.
• Background with sales/distribution systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support day to day business operations in the field.
• Project support for innovation and improvements.
• Liaise with vendors and service providers to ensure on-time delivery.
• Provide on-site troubleshooting for handhelds and applications.
• Work with Application Support to implement workarounds.
• Identify training needs across all supported applications.
• Provide on-site training when warranted and cost justified.
• Recommend procedures and controls to prevent problems.
• Serve as resource for deployments in the field for new tech.
• Provide second level on-call after hours support.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
