Candidates should have 3–5 years in customer relations or sales, DC/field experience, and strong MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in customer relations or sales.
• ≥6 months leading and influencing others.
• Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel and Word.
• Valid driver’s license; able to obtain a DOT Medical Card.
• English proficiency; Spanish bilingual is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain partnerships with the sales team and cover routes when needed.
• Lead, coach and motivate sales center associates to keep a World-Class status following DSDE best practices.
• Use data and technology to develop and execute sales plans as a team.
