Job summary

Foster Lawson is seeking a Senior Project Superintendent to lead field operations on large, complex water and wastewater projects across the Southeast. The role demands deep construction experience and a proven ability to manage senior field teams onsite.

You will drive safety, schedule, and quality, coordinate with engineers and subcontractors, and mentor crews while traveling regionally and occasionally extending hours to meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15+ years in construction with 5+ years in superintendent or senior field leadership.
• Proven track record on large, multi-million dollar projects with oversight of multiple projects.
• OSHA 30, First Aid/ CPR, and Competent Person certifications (trenching/excavation, confined space, fall protection, rigging, scaffolding).
• Strong leadership and communication skills with experience building field teams.
• Willingness to work extended hours and travel regionally.
