Job summary

Foster Lawson is seeking a Project Manager to lead Southeast client water, wastewater and industrial utility projects from award through close-out. You will coordinate with on-site superintendents and the project team to ensure successful delivery.

Responsibilities include building schedules and budgets, directing the on-site team, preparing change orders, forecasting costs, managing subcontractors, procuring materials, and enforcing safety standards to achieve project close-out.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall delivery of one or more projects, setting objectives and acting as the main contact for the client
• Build and maintain the project schedule and budget
• Direct the on-site superintendent to keep work on schedule and within cost
• Prepare change orders and manage cost forecasting and reporting
• Manage subcontractors, procurement and material approvals
• Promote and enforce site safety standards
• Secure permits, maintain project logs and manage full project close-out
