Qualifications

• Minimum 8–10 years construction field experience.
• Minimum 5 years of field experience as a Foreperson or Assistant Supervisor.
• High School graduate with 2+ years post-high school training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Be on-site and manage all activity on the site.
• Ensure all personnel on site work safely and have a safe environment.
• Plan and coordinate the work and provide direction to all contractors.
• Read contract documents to know responsibilities, requirements, and installation details.
• Utilize the job cost report to plan work and stay below budget.
• Maintain payroll records and submit to Payroll via Procore.
• Complete daily reports and maintain or beat the project schedule.
• Supervise Marker’s self-performed associates with hands-on participation.
• Manage job site cleanliness and equipment care and maintenance.
• Ensure job site security and as-built drawings are updated.
