Job summary

Marker Construction is seeking a qualified Project Superintendent to lead on-site activities in Columbus, OH. You will manage all site operations, coordinate subcontractors, maintain safety standards, and monitor quality while staying on budget and schedule.

This role reports to the Vice President of Construction. You will oversee self-performed work, manage payroll records via Procore, and keep as-built drawings up to date while liaising with project teams and clients.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8–10 years construction field experience.
• Minimum 5 years of field experience as a Foreperson or Assistant Supervisor.
• High School graduate; 2 years or more post-high school training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Be on-site and manage all activity on the site.
• Ensure all personnel on site work safely and have a safe work environment.
• Plan and coordinate the work; provide direction to all contractors.
• Read contract documents to know responsibilities and requirements.
• Maintain or beat the project schedule and manage job site cleanliness.
• Ensure quality standards and correct any deficiencies immediately.
