Responsibilities

• Be on-site and manage all activity on the site.
• Ensure safety and a safe working environment for all personnel.
• Plan and coordinate the work and provide direction to contractors.
• Conduct pre-installation meetings and review contract documents.
• Read drawings and manage budgets and job costs.
• Maintain payroll records and daily reports.
• Keep the project schedule on track and supervise self-performed work.
• Ensure site cleanliness and equipment care.
