Job summary

Marker Construction seeks an experienced Project Superintendent to lead on-site activities, coordinate multiple trades, and ensure safety and quality across medium to large projects in Ohio.

The role requires 8–10 years in construction, strong leadership, and proficiency with Procore and cost control. This position reports to the VP of Construction and offers a collaborative, growth-focused environment with competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8-10 years construction field experience.
• Minimum 5 years of field experience as a Foreperson or Assistant Supervisor.
• High School graduate with 2+ years post-high school training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Be on-site and manage all activity on the site.
• Ensure all personnel work safely and have a safe work environment.
• Plan and coordinate the work with contractors.
• Provide direction to all contractors and lead meetings as needed.
• Read contract documents to understand responsibilities and installation requirements.
• Maintain or update job cost reports and payroll records.
