Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree and 15+ years of relevant experience, or 19+ years of relevant work experience.
• Experience with EPC Power or commercial nuclear construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee on-site operations for Bechtel, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients within the assigned area.
• Supervise all direct-hire Superintendents and manage project work practices.
• Ensure craft worker safety per EH&S program.
• Ensure compliance with design/specifications, schedules, budgets and quality standards.
• Coordinate with Field Engineering, Project Controls and Site Supervision on schedules and methods.
• Staff the project through Global Workforce Services and labor unions.
• Maintain quality of installations meeting project requirements.
• Coordinate with other disciplines and client representatives.
